BioCentric Energy’s (BEHL) Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher, offered a company update to shareholders today. Mr. Fisher spoke about the company’s progress in assembling its PBR system for commercial deployment in Death Valley Junction, California. Fisher stated, “This week the BioCentric Team here in Santa Ana have assembled most of the first two quarter acre installs for Death Valley Junction and will have everything completed and delivered to DVJ by Wednesday.” Speaking on its expected deployment, Fisher went on to say, ”Our target date for the first half acre (to be) operational is next Friday. The introduction of the inoculums is scheduled for September 15th.”
Fisher said that the full scale PBR (photobioreactor) would be sterilized this week for the introduction of the Haematococcus pluvialis algae strain for the company’s first commercialization. “The PLC controlled PBR will enable our system to conservatively produce thirty pounds dry weight biomass a week,” Fisher said.
Mr. Fisher also spoke of the company’s recent increase in its authorized shares to 2 billion. “To raise additional capital for the ongoing commercialization of our advanced closed loop Photobioreactor System we have increased our Authorized Shares to two billion to provide options,” Fisher stated.
“It is the goal of this organization to earn our way into profit; however, we have already been educated as the difference between intent and ability. As has always been my pledge to our shareholders and supporters of BEHL… I will not take a paycheck nor liquidate a single share from my family’s trust until we become profitable, which I believe will be by second quarter 2011. I also wanted to make it clear that I am committed to at least the next two years devoted to my personal participation of the success in BEHL.”

On the heels of Biocentric Energy’s recent multi-million dollar contact anouncement with Biocen Natural Development Group, BNPD President Dan Kennedy unveiled the first of three products, VITAMIN X with 20 mg of Astaxanthin (derived from Haematococcus pluvialis), which will utilize BioCentric Energy’s Client Photobioreactor in Death Valley Junction, California, as well as the company’s already functioning PBR in Santa Ana, California. “The bottling solution will be delivered from a boutique company in Pahrump Nevada with FDA approval and over 150 private label clients,” said Fisher.
As Mr. Fisher discussed in an exclusive interview with Playground Radio on July 30th, he stated that he has brought his primary CEO candidate onboard in an interim consultant position “to assist in our efforts towards profitability.” Fisher stated, “This mutually beneficial relationship shall commence upon final signatures of the contract which is anticipated by week’s end.”
