This week is a week that will be watched closely by many companies who are interested in going public. This week, 12 companies are launching their IPOs to raise capital and bring their company public, although many of these companies have been through this before (such as General Motors: GM). It will be interesting to see how these IPOs go given the current state of the economy and the state of the U.S. Dollar.
Here is the schedule:
Monday
LZEN – Lizhan Environmental Corp – Manufactures, distributes, and markets synthetic leather and other fabrics from recycled leather waste, among other materials. The company will be selling 1.82 million shares for between $5-6.
ANAC – Anacor Pharmaceuticals Inc. – A biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing novel small-molecule therapeutics. The company will be selling 4.7 million shares for between $16-18.
WAV – Wave2Wave Communications Inc. – Provides communication services to small to mid-sized businesses in the northeast and midwest United States. The company will be selling 4,444,444 shares at $4.
Tuesday
GM - General Motors Company – A leading global automotive company. The company’s vision is to design, bild and sell the world’s best vehicles. The company will sell 365 million shares for $26-29.
MOB – Richmond Honan Medical Properties, Inc. – A fully-integrated, self-managed real estate company that acquires, owns, manages, develops, and re-develops medical office buildings. The company will be releasing 19.5 million shares for between $13-15.
GAH – Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp – A leading provider of management and technology consuling services to the U.S. government in the defense, intelligence, and civil markets. The company will be releasing 14 million shares for $17-19.
JWC – JWC Acquisition – A newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acuistion, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business. The company will be releasing 15 million shares at $10.
Wednesday
BITA – Bitauto Holdings Ltd. – A leading provider of internet content and marketing services for China’s fast-growing automotive industry. The company will be releasing 10.6 million shares for $10-12.
LGNX – Zogenix, Inc. – A pharmaceutical company commercializing and developing products for the treatment of central nervous system disorders and pain. The company will release 6 million shares for $12-14.
LPLA – LPL Investment Holdings Inc. – An integrated platform of proprietary technology, brokerage and investment advisory services to over 12,000 independent financial advisers. The company will release 15,614,723 shares at $27.30.
Thursday
ARX – Aeroflex Holdings – A leading global provider of radio frequency, or RF, and microwave integrated circuits, components, and systems used in the design, development and maintenance of technically demanding, high-performance wireless communication systems. The company will be selling 17.25 million shares for $13.50-15.
Friday
CZR – Caesars Entertainment – The world’s largest casino entertainment provider, as measured by net revenues and individual casinos, and the most geographically diverse U.S. casino operator. The company will sell 31.25 million shares for $15-17.
