SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 7, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL - News) President, Monique Berry provided the following shareholder update:

"The BioCentric Energy technical team spent last week in Death Valley Junction cleaning the CAB's (controlled algae basins) from debris, water and mud. The team collaborated with an electric company to create a trench for the electrical wiring that will operate the skids and other components. In addition, the team transported and installed 2 large tanks from Pahrump, Nevada to the DVJ site. The metal building adjacent to the algae farms was cleaned and is being prepared to house the laboratory and other support functions. Following the holiday weekend, the team will return to Death Valley Junction to work and continue with the installation. The team will also be transporting two additional tanks that require permits and a large transportation vehicle. A building contractor will be on site by Thursday to refurbish BEHL's modular house that will serve as the Company's office and guest quarters. The Company will be installing a satellite camera that can be viewed from any location in the world. Since this is a client site, access to this live web cam will be limited; however the client may allow the Company to provide weekly snap shots to BEHL shareholders."

"On the BEHL sales front, the Company is working to finalize and close several client contracts this quarter. Such contracts consist of: Kuehnle (the Hawaiian company), several large client / projects through BEHL's VAR (value added reseller) Ms. Venus Brightstar and 10+ acres of PBR systems for a Southern California Native American Indian Tribe. The Company is also in the process of preparing a $20+ million business plan that will be submitted this week for an economically challenged State located in the South. More details on this potential deal will be provided to shareholders as things progress."

"At the BEHL headquarters, the staff is gearing up for deployment of large volumes of algae inoculum. The Company's R&D Manager, Helmut Gass completed the construction of a 250 volume cube last week that will serve as a large algae cultivating and storage unit. This manual cube is complete with the basic yet necessary components that will allow the Company to easily test the pH levels, the temperature and verify the algae growth. After spending a few short days in the cube, the algae will be transported into the PBR systems at the BEHL headquarters and the DVJ site. Mr. Gass anticipates building 2-3 more cubes later this week that will be used to hold the scale up inoculum for a a multitude of algae strains. Also back at the BEHL headquarters, the Company's lab technician, Ms. Judy Quang, is working diligently to finalize her report on contamination as well as the procedures and protocols manuals that will be used for training. The procedures and protocol manuals will be readily handy and required on all BEHL commercial sites."

"The Company is in the process of cleaning out the large commercial demo PBR system at BEHL headquarters in Santa Ana, California. Although cleaning out the PBR is tedious work, the team is excited and eager to inoculate and grow Haematococcus pluvialis. This alga strain, (Haematococcus pluvialis), when stressed, contains the highest levels of the valuable Astaxanthin. The Company anticipates keeping the live web cam on for shareholders to view the cleaning, sterilization and inoculation process. However it may be turned off temporarily if proprietary work is being performed."

SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioCentric Energy Holding, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL) President Monique Berry provided the following shareholder update:

Ms. Berry stated, "BioCentric Energy and BioCen (Pink Sheets:BNPD) are finalizing their negotiations this week for the acquisition of all BEHL assets. The assets include, but are not limited to, BEHL's intellectual property, all components, equipment, inventory, PBR systems and client contracts. The Companies both agree for BEHL to maintain its position as a public company. Furthermore the parties agree that BEHL will be the exclusive assembly and installation division for BNPD and will profit from a cost plus 20% contract share ratio. BEHL shareholders can preserve their shares and will receive 1 BNPD unrestricted free trading share for every 10 BEHL shares owned as of the record date to be announced shortly. The executive team and board positions are currently being defined and contracts are being negotiated. The Companies anticipate finalizing and announcing these positions early next week."

Dennis Fisher, Chairman of the Board for BEHL, stated today, "I have agreed to be a returning guest on Market Playground with Demian Russian to answer all questions compiled through his internet blog. I appreciate Demian taking the time to allow us to communicate through his forum."

Fisher will be interviewed by Demian Russian and Dennis "Cos" Costa. Previous episodes of Playground Radio are available for streaming or download, as an Mp3 file or via iTunes.

The anticipated date for inoculation in Death Valley Junction is October 5th, 2010."
"For several months now, the Company has been testing a proprietary algae strain in its large commercial demo PBR system located in Santa Ana, California. The tests are now complete and the Company is very pleased with the results and high growth rate of the algae in its PBR system. The team has decided to replace the plastic tubes in lieu of cleaning and flushing to reduce any risk of contaminating prior to inoculating the system with the highly valuable Haematococcus."

BioCentric Energy Holdings Provides Important Shareholder Updates

SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 23, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL) President Monique Berry provided the following shareholder update:

Ms. Berry stated, "The installation of the Company's commercial closed loop photobioreactor systems this week in Death Valley Junction, California is progressing extremely well. The first quarter or CAB (controlled algae basin) is anticipated to be complete today. The team has been digging the necessary trenches for the water lines and tubing, setting guide wire, installing tanks, welding electrical skids for the motors and the PLC.

"Renovations and work on the DVJ building are underway and much progress has been made over the past two weeks. The metal building is being cleaned out this week and minor repairs will commence as early as next week. Once cleaned, this building will be restored to its historical state and will house an on-site laboratory and gift shop. The modular building has been completely stripped and is being remolded to facilitate an onsite office and guest quarters. A satellite and video camera were installed in DVJ last weekend allowing the Company to remotely monitor the entire site from anywhere in the world."

"Today, Dennis Fisher, Chairman of the Board for BEHL, has traveled out of state to meet with representatives of a very large nutraceutical company interested in utilizing the Company's PBR systems to produce commercial volumes of algae for their nutraceutical products. 'This is a very promising opportunity,' stated Ms. Berry. 'We've had several conference calls with this potential client over the past two weeks and believe that their interest in moving forward is immediate. It could be a very synergistic relationship and I look forward to receiving feedback from Dennis Fisher later today following his meeting.'

"At the BEHL headquarters, R&D manager Helmut Gass has successfully developed a solution for efficiently cleaning and sterilizing the PBR systems without the need of replacing the plastic bags. Helmut's diligence and work to find a solution will significantly reduce time and cost involved in replacing plastic bags in the field.

"The laboratory staff is making significant strides over the past two weeks in scaling up large volumes of Haematococcus in the Company's cubes. This algae will be eventually transported to Death Valley Junction where it will be inoculated into the PBR systems.

"Overall, the BEHL team is very pleased with the progress being made in Death Valley Junction and is eager to move on to the Hawaiian project and others later this year."

BioCentric Energy President Provides Important Shareholder Updates

SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 27, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL) President Monique Berry provided the following shareholder update:

"The BioCentric Energy Technical Team wrapped up the week in Death Valley Junction, California last Friday, by completing the installation of bags and corners and filling the tubes with water in the first of four CAB's (controlled algae basin). Pictures of the first CAB (taken on Saturday, September 25th) will be available on the BioCentric Energy website: www.biocentricenergy.com . The BEHL Technical team also prepped and positioned the corners in the second CAB and will begin the process of attaching the bags beginning today. The first skid is almost complete and work on the second skid will commence later this week."

BioCentric Energy President, Ms. Monique Berry returned to Death Valley Junction this past Saturday to adjust the live video camera, take photos, test the water temperature and collect samples of the Company's Haematococcus that's been strategically placed on site. The Haematococcus samples collected will be tested and reviewed at the Company's headquarters this week by BEHL's Algae Specialist, Ms. Domini Maddox. Ms. Maddox has been diligently tracking the growth rate of this strain and how it reacts in the extreme Death Valley Junction environment. After 6 days in Death Valley Junction, the Haematococcus is doing well, although it purposely being deprived of nutrients and other vital elements that the commercial Haematococcus will receive once inoculated into the system. Based upon these preliminary results, the Company is highly confident that under a controlled environment in Death Valley Junction, this highly valuable strain will exceed expectations. Ms. Berry stated, "I tested the water from the onsite aquifer and in the filled CAB's for the first time July 4th weekend. This past Saturday, I tested the water filled in the third CAB, the aquifer and a few 2" puddles in the first completed CAB. The temperature ranged from 69 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The low water temperatures will be highly beneficial to maintain the perfect temperature for our commercial Haematococcus."

As a follow up to last week's press release, BEHL's Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher had a successful meeting with a nutraceutical Company interested in BEHL's systems and ability to grow mass quantities of algae for their nutraceutical products. Mr. Fisher stated, "I had a very interesting meeting and believe there are several mutually beneficial opportunities for our companies. We are moving forward and working out the necessary details this week." Both BioCentric Energy and BioCen Natural products (Pink Sheets:BNPD) shareholders have inquired as to the name of this potential client. However, at the request of this publically traded company, Ms. Berry signed an NDA last week prohibiting any disclosure of the Company's name, address and other vital information."

"Last Friday, BEHL President, Ms. Berry had a conference call with its Hawaiian client to solidify the date and plans for deploying the Company's PBR systems. Depending upon the completion on the Death Valley Junction site, the Company is anticipating beginning the Hawaiian project the last week of October or the beginning of November. A few BioCentric Energy employees will be traveling to Hawaii early October to review the client's site and draft the plans and schedule for deployment."

"On Friday, September 30th a few BEHL team members will be traveling to Berkley, California to meet with Dr. Melis, a professor of plant and microbiology at UC Berkley. The goal for BEHL is to utilize UC Berkley's state of the art laboratories, research and students to assist BEHL in developing methods for maximizing the growth of Haematococcus in a variety of environments."

    In Touch Tuesday

    BioCentric Energy

    September 28, 2010

    Dear Shareholders,

There has been much excitement and positive changes with BioCentric Energy this past month. However, with change comes uncertainty, as expressed by some BEHL shareholders regarding BNPD’s purchase of BioCentric Energy’s assets a few weeks ago. The Company is making significant efforts to reassure shareholders and provide as much clarity and information as possible. Also, BEHL Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher was welcomed back for another interview on September 17th, on Playground Radio, with Demian Russian and Dennis "Cos" Costa. During this interview, Dennis answered shareholders questions and provided information on the relationship between BNPD and BEHL. Also, Dennis was happy to reveal plans in moving the Company forward and into profitability. BioCentric Energy received a great response following the interview and positive feedback overall from shareholders.

The first commercial site in Death Valley Junction, California is progressing well and the team could not be happier. The site is impressive, although the overall size is hard to grasp through pictures. The exceedingly high temperatures this past week in Death Valley Junction have not impacted the PBR or components, however the technical team and workers have been limiting their direct exposure and time in the sun to prevent heat stroke. Cooling off in 69-degree water in the onsite basins is providing much relief for the team at the end of a scorching day. With the completion of the first CAB, both BEHL and BNPD are looking forward to beginning its commercial production of Haematococcus very soon.

    DVJ CAB #1 September 25, 2010

The entire BioCentric Energy team remains grateful for its loyal shareholders and will continue to work diligently toward our success.

    Sincerely,

    BioCentric Energy
